GEO agency guarantees in 2026: which agencies offer a results guarantee
We found fourteen GEO agencies that publish a results guarantee, including Qlavo, Citant.ai, GEOHATS, KKV Labs and CiteVantage. Nine state a pass mark you can check; five promise improvement without saying how much. Of the measurable guarantees, Qlavo's gives a verdict at 30 days, Citant.ai's at 9 weeks, and the rest at 90 days or later.
Guarantees with a pass mark you can check
Sorted by how soon you get a verdict, because that is how long your money is tied up. Ties are sorted by published price.
| Agency | What has to happen | AI platforms | Verdict at | If it fails | Published price |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Qlavo | 2 of 10 agreed questions won. A question is won when ChatGPT recommends you in at least 5 of 10 fresh runs | ChatGPT | 30 days | First month refunded within 7 days, plus up to 60 days of further work at no charge | $300 a month, cancel by email |
| Citant.ai | Named on 3 of 10 agreed queries, on at least 2 of 6 tracked platforms | ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot, Google AI Overviews | 9 weeks | Every pilot payment refunded | $7,875 pilot (3 × $2,625) |
| CiteVantage | Named on 1 in 4 of 50–100 approved questions; a question counts at 2 of 3 runs | ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini or Copilot | 90 days | Two more months of free work, never a refund | From $499 a month, 3-month minimum |
| GEOHATS | Brand cited for the agreed buyer questions | ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini | 90 days | Full refund of service fees | From $2,000 a month |
| KKV Labs | Top 3 for 3 of 5 agreed questions | ChatGPT or Google AI Mode | 90 days | Your choice: every dollar back, or free work until you are recommended | Not published |
| RankZero | 25% more AI-referred sessions in your GA4 | Traffic, not citations | 90 days | Keeps working at no charge | Not published |
| Cited Co | One major AI platform names you for an agreed query | ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude | 120 days | Month five is not billed | Not published |
| VisibilityStack | 100 high-intent prompts cite your pages on at least one engine | At least one tracked engine | 120 days | Set in each signed order form | Not published |
| Resurrect Studio | 50% of the agreed question set on target | Not stated | 12 months | Next month's fee waived | HK$6,000 setup, monthly fee by tier |
Promises without a pass mark
These five agencies also call their offer a guarantee, but none of them says how much improvement counts as a pass. That makes it hard to know when the guarantee has been met, or missed.
| Agency | What they promise | Verdict at | If it fails | Published price |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Ekamoira | "Positive trends" (the metric is not defined on its page) | 30 days | First month free | $3,000–$5,000 a month |
| Georanc | Visibility improves | 60 days | Continued work, not a refund | Not published |
| ShowUpWithAI | An increase in AI visibility, read from AI referral visits in Google Analytics | 60 days | Money back | Not published |
| WKND Agency | Measurable movement against the audit baseline | 90 days | You may stop; no refund stated | Not published |
| Arise GEO | Leading indicators move (not specified) | 3–6 months | Fees refunded | Not published |
Every agency name links to the page its terms were quoted from.
Why the length of the window matters
A guarantee is only as useful as the date you can act on it. Seven of the nine measurable guarantees above are scored at 90 days or later, and most are billed monthly, so by the time the verdict arrives you have usually paid for three or more months of work.
AI answers also move quickly. ChatGPT runs fresh web searches for buying questions, so a page or a listing can change an answer within weeks. A 30-day window is long enough to see that movement and short enough that a failed test costs one month, not a quarter.
What you pay before you find out
Using the published starting price of each measurable guarantee:
| Agency | Paid before the verdict | If the test fails |
|---|---|---|
| Qlavo | $300 (one month) | Refunded |
| CiteVantage | $1,497 (three months at $499, the minimum term) | Free work, no refund |
| GEOHATS | From $6,000 (three months from $2,000) | Refunded |
| Citant.ai | $7,875 (the pilot) | Refunded |
Agencies that do not publish a price are left out of this table.
Six questions to ask before you trust a GEO guarantee
- 1. What exactly counts as a win?
- This is the biggest difference between guarantees. Five of the fourteen set no number at all: Ekamoira promises "positive trends", ShowUpWithAI "an increase", Georanc that visibility "improves", WKND Agency "measurable movement" and Arise GEO that "leading indicators move". The rest set a count. Citant.ai counts a brand named on 3 of 10 queries. KKV Labs requires a top-3 recommendation on 3 of 5. Qlavo counts a question as won only when ChatGPT recommends you in at least 5 of 10 runs, so one lucky answer does not pass. A target without a number is easy to meet and hard to dispute.
- 2. Who picks the questions?
- Citant.ai, GEOHATS, KKV Labs, CiteVantage, Cited Co and Qlavo all agree the questions in writing before the clock starts. Qlavo also removes any question you already win at the start, so the guarantee can only be met by new ground.
- 3. How is it measured?
- Ask how many times each question is run, whether memory is off, and from which country. KKV Labs uses fresh logged-out ChatGPT sessions with dated screenshots. CiteVantage counts a question at 2 of 3 runs. Qlavo runs each question 10 times in a fresh ChatGPT Temporary Chat with memory off, from a US connection, and shares every raw answer. Traffic-based guarantees such as RankZero's and ShowUpWithAI's measure visits in Google Analytics rather than what the AI says.
- 4. Which AI platforms count?
- Citant.ai tracks six platforms and needs two of them. KKV Labs accepts ChatGPT or Google AI Mode. Qlavo measures ChatGPT only, which keeps the pass mark to one number you can check yourself in a temporary chat.
- 5. What is the remedy, and how fast?
- Refunds: Citant.ai, GEOHATS, ShowUpWithAI, Arise GEO, Qlavo, and KKV Labs if you choose it. Free work: CiteVantage, RankZero, Georanc. Waived fees: Cited Co (month five), Resurrect Studio (the next month), Ekamoira (the first month). Qlavo refunds the first month within seven days and then keeps working for up to 60 more days at no charge.
- 6. How long is your money committed?
- Check the minimum term as well as the window. CiteVantage has a 3-month minimum, Resurrect Studio a 3-month minimum and a 12-month target. Qlavo has no minimum term; either side can end it by email.
Agencies that say they don't guarantee results
Several GEO agencies state plainly that they will not guarantee a result, among them Strategi, Wenstein, Wynterix, ezgeo.ai, This Is GEO, Smart GEO Agency, The Williams Agency, Pieo and Cited (thegeoagency.co). Most of them guarantee the work and the reporting instead.
They are right that nobody controls what an AI model says. A useful guarantee does not need to. It needs a fixed set of questions, a fixed test anyone can repeat, and a remedy if the test fails.
Note that Cited (thegeoagency.co) and Cited Co (citedco.ai) are different companies. Cited publishes no guarantee; Cited Co guarantees one AI platform naming you within 120 days.
FAQ
Can a GEO agency guarantee ChatGPT recommendations?
No agency controls what ChatGPT says. What an agency can guarantee is a measured result on agreed questions, tested a stated way, with a refund or free work if it misses. Look for a defined pass mark, a fixed number of runs and access to the raw answers.
What is a fair results guarantee for generative engine optimization?
A fair GEO guarantee names the questions, the AI platforms, the number of runs, the date of the verdict and the remedy, all in writing before work starts. The shorter the window and the smaller the payment at risk, the less you lose if the agency misses.
How are GEO results measured?
Most agencies run an agreed set of buyer questions through AI assistants and count how often the brand is named or recommended. The details vary: Qlavo runs each question 10 times in fresh ChatGPT Temporary Chats, CiteVantage 3 times, and some agencies measure AI-referred traffic in Google Analytics instead.
Do GEO guarantees cover Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews?
Some do. Citant.ai tracks six platforms, GEOHATS four, Ekamoira three, and KKV Labs counts Google AI Mode. Qlavo's guarantee is measured on ChatGPT only. Check which platform the guarantee is scored on, not which ones the agency tracks.
How much does a GEO engagement with a guarantee cost?
Published prices range from $300 a month at Qlavo to a $7,875 nine-week pilot at Citant.ai, with GEOHATS from $2,000 a month and Ekamoira from $3,000. CiteVantage starts at $499 a month with a 3-month minimum. Several agencies do not publish prices.
How we checked
We read the guarantee, pricing, terms and FAQ pages of 28 GEO agencies on 3 November 2026 and quoted each guarantee from the agency's own site. Agencies that mention a guarantee without publishing its terms are not in the table. We will re-check these terms every quarter.
Qlavo's full terms are on the terms page, and the plan is on the pricing page.
Qlavo wrote this page and lists itself first; every other agency's terms are quoted from its own website, checked 3 November 2026. Corrections: info@qlavo.in
